konstantine? she paints me blue? what?? Umm.. I'm pretty sure Konstantine and She Paints Me Blue are about different people, but I could be wrong. In the North album booklet, there's a little note in the lyrics for She Paints Me Blue, which says "for kelly x." And there's mention about her in the LTTW thank yous too. Soospicious, no? Who is Kelly? O_o
whatever I would just like to say that Andrew's passion in the words and music of Konstantine would make any girl want to take the heart breaking from loving a guy who wanted to follow his dreams. I think it's beautiful that he felt so strongly for her. Everyone dreams of finding a love like that.....
why the fuss? yes, brian sings in wait. the real difference isn't that he sings- cause if you notice he sings all the time, he's just not miked- it's that he's out from the drums because hey, there are no drums. it's a josh song and it's full of guitars and voice, not piano and drums. and that's part of what makes the song beautiful. more people should appreciate it rather than making such a commotion over konstantine. yes it is a beautiful song but is essentially about being hung up on past relationships. he still can't get over her (see linear notes on she paints me blue) as wonderfully romantic as it would be to be konstantine, i don't think you'd want the pain...so instead, appreciate that the boys are willing to take the hurt that they've suffered and turn it into songs that we love.
and yes, brian is adorable and a good singer. sweet guy. and great lyrics that josh gave them to sing.
konstantineapology! Well seeing this clip reminded me of the soco show i saw last month. It made me want to apologize to the guys for being an obnoctious (sp?) fan and screaming "KONSTANTINE!!" really loud in between 2 songs..its my favorite song ever and i was just taking advantage of the moment i guess! Well sorry for being loud and annoying..i understand that you were just opening for AAR and didnt have time for it! :( Well im coming to see you again when you come to OKC in april or may..hopefully i'll get some konstantine then:) -Thanks!

ready... break when i heard they have been playing wait at some recent concerts i thought it was awesome. ready break was the first album of soco's i heard and its still my favorite *all the older music is the greatest*, i cant wait to see them again (maybe we'll get some Inside the Pocket or Airports?)
OMG! okay i love something corporate and i seriously LOVE andrew! ugh.. i just cant say how fucking amazing they are! ah! konstantine is the most amazing song with the most amazing lyrics.. i just cant believe someone has that much talent to write a song like that.. i mean words cant decribe it.. RIGHT ON! That video is great! Even when I saw them in Chicago in November, Andrew and the rest of the band were in a trance-like state when they played. It's incredible to see that kind of emotion and its even more awesome to feel it right along with them as they're playing. It would be interesting to see maybe in distant albums or shows more singing from other band members like in this video. I'd be curious to see what it would sound like....definately AWESOME though for sure!
:) aw yay! i love Brian! i'd have to say that he is def. one of my faves. in the band- but i love all the other guys as well. They should just put up a whole video of a whole concert- just stream every single song that they play so we can watch it.. sort of like what they did back in July- but do a more recent concert so we can see them perform their newer songs as well as the old ones. I wish they would sing other songs off of 'Ready..Break' but oh-well! they rock!
