not too shabby I really liked this video, it was a little cliche, but so what? I'll admit that the part with Josh spinning was a tad on the hokey side, but other than that it wasn't bad. I was hoping for a video for 'me and the moon' cuz i think that would end up being their biggest hit so far if they released it, and if it was done well it could make an awesome video. hmmm I take it you've seen the overseas vid for "If U C Jordan" too. I think this video was meant more as a "hey, this is what we do on tour" for their fans more than a "hey, let's get this on TV" thing. If that means it looks like every cliche a live video contains what does that lead you to believe? A tour is a tour, no matter what band, no matter what music. It's a bunch of people, making faces, chilling out, trying not to lose their sanity. I like the fact that Bob is in it, and the appearance of Arvis (tour manager for those that don't know).

uuhhh... It's not made for mtv or anything so i don't get why your critisizing it so much. and i'm sure josh didn't think "oh, well i better get more shots of andrew so i can keep all the little teenie boppers on here happy" while he was filming their trip to australia.
He didn't even have to do this.

Not to rain on anyone's parade but... I love me some SoCo but I must say, this video definitely seems to be lacking cohesion. Maybe I'm just overly-critical because Only Ashes is one of my favs.. And while I think it's true that the vocalist shouldn't always dominate the videos, I definitely think he should make an appearance in a few of the scenes at least; it brings a greater feeling to the lyrics when you get a visual of them being delivered from the source.
RE: all of you who dont like the video yeah im real fuckin jealous of josh's "mad skillz" Im a fuckin comm major and ive seen first year student make better music videos then that. i think the kid who described it as "blair witch" hit the nail on the head. I woulda been fine if he tried to pass it off as just some sort of video from being on tour, and i think it would have been better suited had there been audio minus the music on it. It was real nice listening to only ashes while i watched josh spin in a circle with the camera focused on him.
Dissapointed There were No, i repeeat no cloeseups of Andrew. Nice try though. He really needs to loose the beard because he looks like an old guy. I seriously think that they need a new video for Ruthless or something...not something that looks like a clip from the Blair Witch Project,,it makes me feel nausiated.
awful im a huge something corporate fan, but this video sucks...it isnt a video. It's footage josh had, with one of their songs behind it. How can he try to say he "directed" it? Maybe he put it together, but if i were in a band having so much success i wouldnt cheat my fans by giving them a video with no substance behind it. They hadnt updated this site in 2 months so i suppose they need something up here to make us believe they still give a shit.
few questions..1-why arent theyre any close-ups of Andrew (as everyone else notes) and 2-why is Andrew growing a beard!? he looks much sexier without it...hes still sexy though. =)
