Santa Monica, California, October 11, 2004 –Geffen Records band Something Corporate has something audio-visual for their fans: a new concert DVD featuring the band performing some of their best-known songs. Something Corporate: Live At The Ventura Theater arrives in stores November 9th just as the band’s video performance of "Me & The Moon" lands at MTV2, Fuse and regional shows.
The 90-minute video is Something Corporate’s first concert DVD, and includes all kinds of bonus behind-the-scenes footage. It was shot at the Ventura Theater in Ventura, California back in May 2004 when the band was on their national headlining tour. Live performances of songs on the package include "Hurricane," "21 & Invincible," "As You Sleep," "I Woke Up In A Car," "If I Die," "Me & The Moon," "I Kissed A Drunk Girl," "Only Ashes," "Ruthless," "Fall," "Down," "Wait," "Walking By," "Konstantine," "Space," "If U C Jordan" and "Punk Rock Princess."
Something Corporate will hit the road in November for two weeks of headlining dates at colleges in the Northeast in support of the DVD. They will kick off the tour with a special show to celebrate this release in Los Angeles on November 9th at the House of Blues.
Something Corporate’s latest cd North debuted at #22 on Billboard's album chart, and has sold over 300,000 copies. The Orange County-based band toured for two years straight in support of their debut album Leaving Through The Window, which sold over 250,000 copies and cemented their status as a must-see band.

DVD Update: It's now the day before the shoot. The crew has been setting up cameras and cranes and dolly track and we’re almost ready to go.

We are pleased to announce the upcoming filming of our live concert DVD. The concert will take place at the Ventura Theatre on Thursday, May 20th. We can think of no better place to shoot this than at home in southern California surrounded by the fans and friends which have supported us since we began six years ago. Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Sunday, May 2nd and will be 13 dollars. There will be a limited number of tickets available so make sure you grab them early. Santa Monica, California, February 9, 2004 – The first six dates to go on sale for the highly anticipated co-headlining tour with Something Corporate and Yellowcard have been announced today. The tour will begin mid-March and continue through May.
Something Corporate released their sophomore effort North on Drive-Thru/Geffen Records this past fall and it debuted at #22 on Billboard’s Top 200 album chart. Sparked by the radio success of first single “Space,” a successful tour with Good Charlotte and a sold-out headlining tour, North has gone on to sell over 250,000 copies to date. Their next single, “Ruthless,” will go for adds at radio March 15th .
Something Corporate has also seen their new music featured in various hit TV shows. Their first single “Space” gained national attention when its video debuted on Fox’s wildly successful show “The O.C.” On February 13th CBS’ JAG will feature both “Space” and “Break Myself” in the show and upcoming single “Ruthless” will appear in a future episode.
When not on the road, Something Corporate call Southern California home. They cut their teeth on the road, touring for a solid 2 years in support of their debut album, Leaving Through The Window, which has sold in excess of 250,000 copies, and cemented their status as a must see rock band. According to Josh Partington, the best part of "Revolution on Canvas" — a compilation of poems and essays by the Something Corporate guitarist and members of Rx Bandits, Finch, Taking Back Sunday, NOFX, A Static Lullaby and other groups — is who isn't in its pages.
Some proceeds from "Revolution on Canvas," due February 14 from Ad Astra Books, will go to the National Center for Family Literacy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the literacy skills of kids and their parents.

Two songs from Something Corporate's CD, North, will air on the February 13 (Friday) episode of the CBS television show "JAG."
"Space" will be heard, along with a clip from the video in one scene. Maddia, one of the teenage stars, will be watching the music video when her guardian comes home.
"Ruthless" plays while Mattie, another teenager in the home, is listening to the song and instant messaging a friend on the computer.
Once again, the episode is on February 13, 2004.
